a adequate stay
swim up bar great selection unfriendly staff tight sunbeds
the pool area had several swim up bars and are fantastic, thats for sure. breakfast offered a huge selection of food so i was able to find something i liked.
the reception staff wasnt very friendly at check in. sunbeds was set out tightly on the beach, it seemed you need to be up early for a sea view sun bed along the beach.

fine grounds swim up broken machines repetitive music
i found the grounds fine i appreciated that it was right on the beach. the decor felt beautiful i also liked the spacious room with the swim up feature.
the gym was awful i noticed a couple of broken machines. the repetitive music became a bit monotonous i also thought the morning coffee was the worst i had in this country.

The food options were wonderful! each morning breakfast was so relaxing. I sat by the beach while eating the great selection of foods available. it was lovely. i would definitely stay here again when returning to thailand. what a treat!
The happy hour was disappointing! the staff was a bit less attentive than in other hotels. the worst part was the app, the main reason i give this rating. it needs improvement. Nothing really worked, and i never got a useful reply.

wonderful stay with excellent amenities
direct pool access pool variety night lighting free transport
i stayed in a room with direct pool access it was so convenient i really enjoyed it. the variety of pools meant i could always find a spot that wasn't too crowded. the grounds are beautifully lit at night i loved walking around the hotel. free golf buggies are available to take guests to nearby shops and restaurants it was very practical.
i noticed the music and entertainment were repetitive it became a bit predictable after a few days.

the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of options it was very consistent and good quality. chefs created top class food with great presentation it was a good experience. the bar staff were very attentive i enjoyed the beverages.

the resort features multiple pools including a kiddies fun pool and swim up bars. the gym includes equipment for a solid workout it has treadmills and stationary bikes. the hotel offers direct beach access it's close to shops and restaurants too.
